Delivery assistance at a East Coast Cars Classic dealership includes a full refund within 30 days or 350 miles. Upon receiving your vehicle, a 30-day window opens for potential returns or exchanges, regardless of the time you received it. This timeframe allows for thorough inspection and the option to return or exchange the vehicle for any reason without explanation. For initiating such a request, we require notification by 5:00 PM Pacific Time on the 30th day post-delivery, considering the delivery day as day zero. Kindly send this request via email.

For those who are interested in repurchase, the vehicle must be located at the buyer’s location to carry out this process. Lost High Way Classic Cars car dealership guarantees the purchase of the car at its original full price.

We ensure comprehensive insurance coverage within this period, except in cases of incidents involving alcohol or drugs.
In case of a return rejection, return shipping costs will be covered. If the vehicle doesn’t fall into any of the above categories, we will approve the return within the 30-day limit. Refunds are processed immediately, though it might take 1 to 3 days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
It's important to note that East Coast Cars Classic CANNOT ACCEPT returns if the vehicle:
  • Has undergone modifications
  • Has been damaged or involved in an accident
  • Is not in its original delivered condition
  • Has been used as collateral for a loan
